Pre-quote checklist

Before you send it out, the mistakes vendors see every week:

Walls are uniform — thick sections sink and warp; core them out.
Every face has draft — vertical walls don't eject.
Undercuts are intentional — each one adds tool cost (side-actions/lifters).
Ribs ≤ 60% of nominal wall — thicker ribs read through as sink marks.
Tolerances are molding-realistic — tighter than ±0.05 mm means tool tuning or machining.
Volume stated — it sets cavitation, steel, and per-part price.
