Pre-quote checklist

Before you send it out, the mistakes vendors see every week:

Only critical dims are toleranced tightly — everything else rides ISO 2768.
Inside corners have radii ≥ the cutter that has to reach them.
Deep narrow features flagged — depth > 4× width costs real money.
Thread callouts are complete — size, class, and depth.
Finish and masking are explicit — anodize in a bore changes the fit.
Quantity stated — fixturing amortizes very differently at 1 vs. 500.
